This is double-level house, with huge front yard and back yard, many windows (sufficient ventilation) and lots of sunshine.The house is reasonable structured, clean and comfortable to live in. There are four rooms in the house, two toilets, one bath room, furnished and with all facilities commonly used in home. Equipments include (but not limited to): gas stove, kitchen ventilator, oven, microwave, washing machine (with drying function), fridge, freezers, water heater, radiators, wifi. The living room, toilets and kitchen have ceramic tiles floors, room floors are covered with carpet, warm and comfortable.
The double room is on the second floor. The room is huge, clean and comfortable, with a big double bed (fairly new), lots of cabinets, two mirrors, hug desk and chairs, and is very handy to use. The room is southern exposure, so even in Winter and Spring there are sunshine in the room.
House-mates are friendly and easy going, and clean the house constantly.
The area is safe and quiet, with lots of shopping facilities around. Two minutes walking from home there is a Lidl (extremely cheap), and in five minutes walk an ASDA Superstore (with all common stuff in other supermarkets, and lots of Asian food, price guarantee 10% cheaper than Sainsburys, Tesco, and Morrison). Fried chicken shop, M&S (24h), McDonald are within 5 minutes walk; Chinese restaurant, Subway, etc. are within 10 minutes walk; and there are various food delivery services nearby. Even if you don’t cook there are lots of options.
It is easy to get around. The Black Cross bus station is within 2 minutes walk from home (bus 297, 83, 182, 18, 92, N18, N297). The Wembley Park Station is 10 minutes walk from home (2 stops by bus). Wembley Designer Outlets, Wembley Stadium, Arena are in 4 bus stops’ reach, where you can shopping (designer clothes, bags, shoes, home-stuff, luxurious chocolate, etc.), eating (Zizi, Nandos, Wagamama,etc), watching movies, watching games, live shows, concerts… The Brent civil centre (with a library) is near Arena, where you can write, attend workshops, develop business plans, read and borrow books and DVDs.
It is quick to go to down-town. Two of the newest and fastest tubes are available in Wembley Park Station - metropolitan line and Jubliee line - by which you can get to Baker Street Station in 17 minutes, and Oxford Circus in 22 minutes.
