The applicant has the benefit of Section 3C of the 1971 Act i.e. a statutory extension of leave until the determination of the application as the first application was considered invalid. You will be aware that the 3C leave does not lapse as there has been no final determination of the application; JH(Zimbabwe)[2009] EWCA Civ 78 refers.
请问大家一个最实际的问题：如果有类似的reject经历，如何在covering letter 里介绍？
2004年前的invalid case或者说reject case不算gap吗？请问有具体条例吗？我在网上找了很久没有找到的。。。
