I started my first work with the temp NI. After working a month, I move to another city and just began this job last month. Now I just receive the formal NI. At the same time, I receive another job offer from council in this month. That is why I worry about the work limitation, which maybe included in the record.

这是一个讲合约的国度.如果合约写明多少就是多少.合约是有法律效力的,是不能修改的.除非你们双方都同意的条件下.而且出租房子本来就是一种投资行为.我觉得房东单方提出提价,只能在合约期满后才能成立.所以我认为,是不合法的.

但我只是在中国学过法律.
