伦敦地区，很多人碰到exchange contract前面一天卖家要涨价不涨就卖给别人。
吓死我啦，这也太恐怖了吧，意思是啥都别说，能顺利买到就要去烧香了吗？
只要不在伦敦就行，该砍价就砍，特别是北部，往死里砍都没事，反正房价又不涨:lol
