房子在砍价中,有啥建议?

I have been watching that street for many years because my wife wants a particular type of property in particular streets. The property in these streets very rarely come to the market, this is the reason why I was willing to pay over asking price even it is already over priced. Yes, you are right, you will know the price for certain type of property if you watch it for many years.

伦敦地区,很多人碰到exchange contract前面一天卖家要涨价不涨就卖给别人。

吓死我啦,这也太恐怖了吧,意思是啥都别说,能顺利买到就要去烧香了吗?

只要不在伦敦就行,该砍价就砍,特别是北部,往死里砍都没事,反正房价又不涨:lol
