这个有多少个工作日要求的，过了那个工作日的日子才能退款。我忘了具体多少天了，好像是4周还是8周的。
你可以查到电话，他们会告诉你的。
如果过了那个期限还没有退给你，你打电话，接电话的那个部门会帮你要的。
最终会退的。
IHS refund是很慢的，要耐心等。
