最近屋子漏雨，想维修，结果被告知，两个方案：

用Fibre Glass based paint 每套房，价格1300磅，说可以保证5-10年不漏雨

换新Flat Roof，有两个报价，具体做法是：
工人A：报价4000磅：
I only use 4mm index felt so it will be 2 layers .total 8mm .not 2mm felt wick should be 3 layers but only 6mm when done i will only use best quality not cheap s…t index felt comes with 10 years product and my labour 5 years
工人B：报价5780磅：
i use the best felt there is you will have the first layer a Breathable layer then you will have a 4 mm underlay and then a 4.5 mm top.layer and all new lead and cement work and new out let as well
请问选择哪个方案好？
