What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and help turn our office into an inspiring and productive workplace for our employees
HR support - inducting new starters, assisting in recruitment, issuing induction packs, arranging probationary reviews, managing all staff personnel files
Reception - being the first point of call for all visitors/queries, distributing post, tidying office environment, dealing with deliveries/couriers, arranging refreshments/catering for all meeting rooms
Manage contract negotiations and liaise with office vendors and service providers
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude & a creative mind with an ability to suggest and lead improvements
