Just want to give a shout out to students who would like to get fit but don’t know where to start. My friend and personal trainer, Ray Chan, has been very motivating and is offering sessions 1:1 or small groups at a studio in Greenwich.
From personal experience, I found it extremely difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym consistently as it was difficult to see results. So I would really advocate for having a personal trainer who suits your style. Ray has been really patient in explaining how each exercise affects the body. Give it a try!
