With a deserved reputation for serving the best roast duck and char-siu outside Hong Kong, you should not be put off by the uninspiring décor. The chicken fried noodles are also exquisite, whilst the vegetables - both in terms of choice and quality - leave other Chinese restaurants in the shade; but do note that you will have to book or settle for a takeaway, as there is often a queue and the atmosphere is always buzzing. With a number of unfamiliar and unusual dishes to add to the experience, the Four Seasons is considered excellent value.
