我是Tier 1 general, 来到英国后最近刚找到第一份工作。请问我需不需要到警察局注册我找到工作的事？
要是需要注册，而我没去注册的话有什么不好的影响吗？

一般有任何的签证，地址或者工作的变化，都最好向警察局的NATIONALITY DEPARTMENT 报备。
After registering with the police and collecting your registration certificate, it is a condition that you go to the Nationality Department, with the following changes:
- New address
- Any new landing conditions
- Extensions to your visa granted by the Home Office
- New passport
- New study information or change to university/college
- New employment
Any changes should be reported within seven days.
