律师发过来的报价都看糊涂了，第一部分是律师所收费；第二部分是Disbursements，我的理解是代付的费用？不太理解search pack 怎么回事，因同一个律所之前给我们想买(但没买成)的那套房子报价就没有这个search pack 的费用。
想请大家帮忙看下这个报价是否合理？

你这个律师写的有点繁琐，我贴一个当时我律师给报价的的原文，清晰明了，你参考一下
“We have fixed our fee at £1,100 plus VAT in respect of the conveyancing for the purchase however this may be reviewed if the matter becomes unexpectedly complex.

In addition, we are likely to incur the following disbursements:

Local Search, Water & Drainage Search, Environmental Search and Chancel Check - £400 (approx)
• Land Registration Fees - £270
• Stamp Duty Land Tax – £xxx
• General Costs & Disbursements - £50 plus VAT
• Telegraphic Transfer Fee - £30 plus VAT
• Land Registry Search Fee - £3 each
• Bankruptcy Search - £2 per name“
一共就这些，没有别的，但不知道是不是因为我的case简单点

Total Fee - 1243.20，真的一点不贵，其他费用都是代收。

减去stamp duty的话，我们之前有的一些报价比这个便宜。楼主的这个报价杂费东挪西摆的，总费用加起来至少也不算便宜吧，如果是conveyancing 的话，solicitor 貌似价格会再高些。

楼里说这个不贵的，你们的价格里面是不是已包含了land registry fee 之类的费用。

不贵，才700加VAT。要是楼主耗得起时间的话，可以用上网那种。才350～500+VAT会比较慢。但是便宜

好象还有一个什么Supplemental Leasehold Fee， 不过你这个报价真不贵。

search pack最好做，如果贷款银行是要求必须做的， bankrupt search是查卖家是否破产，如果是，他是没权利卖房的。 没看出什么乱收费的地方。
