lus lender/mortgage admin fee: £195.00 plus VAT
- Completion of Stamp Duty Land Transaction Return: £95.00 plus VAT
Plus standard disbursements:-
- Stamp Duty Land Tax: £5,700.00 – I have based this on you being first time buyers, if this is not correct please let me know
- H.M. Land Registry fee (incorporating a 50% online submission discount): £135.00
- (“Regulated Search Pack”) - Local, chancel, drainage, planning and environment search fees: Total: £327.09 plus VAT
- Bank Telegraphic transfer fee: £25.00 plus VAT per transfer
- Bankruptcy search fee: £2.00 per name
- Land Registry search fee: £3.00
- Lawyer checker search fee (online): £12.00 plus VAT
- AML (anti-money laundering electronic ID check): £13.50 plus VAT (per name)
There are no additional charges for storage fees, photocopying, faxing, postages, stamps, scanning, telephone calls, letters or emails etc. Our above fee is “all inclusive”.

As part of my service I allow clients to contact me on my mobile, out of normal office hours, including at weekends. I charge no extra for this.
