2019-11-12 22:06问下大家，买flat (1970)年左右，需要做什么样的survey呢？ google了一下home buyer report，但这个似乎不包括水/电/gas的检查，那是否需要单独做一个 这方面的检查呢？还是这些会被包括在maintenance management company 的服务里？

如果没有什么经验，做一个看看有没有明显大问题。
purpose build的flat大楼目前大家比较担心的是cladding用的材料的防火性问题。-

2019-11-15 19:02home buyer report不包括的，而且会在report上面建议你做电和Gas的检查。home buyer report肯定要做哇，如果里面的报价比你的低，你可以用来压压价。哈。
