10月half term 订了假期，但是订早了，取消都不可，不知道找学校请一周假需要给罚多少，儿子们读的是天主教小学，真是要命。

请问公立学校旷课是不是都归coucil管？私立学校旷课呢？
学校有表格，申请，然后会被拒绝。但不会罚款
5岁到16岁必须上学，如果不上学也没有被批准的home schooling，那council当然要采取措施让孩子父母负责，包括坐牢。
私校请一两个星期假一般会准的，长期缺课的话学校会劝退或者开除，剩下的事情就是council的责任了。
