2019-06-08 07:24镜框越轻越好，不然戴着就是累赘，而且太重的话，一天下来耳朵和太阳穴疼。

今天下午去Specsaver眼镜店做了 free eye test, 报告如下：
网上搜素了一下， SPH： -1.5 是近视，但不是具体多严重，相当于国内150度？
CYL： +0.75， 是有散光，也不知道多严重。
有了解的朋友，能给解释一下吗？谢谢
