在英国申请T4学生签priority service，预约了UKVCAS后又收到home office的邮件催指纹

如题，在英国申请T4学生签的priority service，预约了UKVCAS后大约5天后（3个工作日）又收到home office的邮件，说：

Following your recent application for Tier 4 GENERAL Priority Service you were informed that you had 2 working days in which to have your biometric information (fingerprints, photograph and signature) taken. Our records show that you have failed to comply with this instruction, without providing us with a reasonable explanation. We may therefore be unable to decide your application within the 10 working day Priority service standard unless you enrol your biometrics immediately.

我是在1月22号申请的，而UKVCAS日期最近的预约是2月4号，中间相差有8个工作日，我想问这会不会造成什么问题？因为我看到有其他帖子说，这种邮件是因为系统紊乱造成的…不确定到底会不会影响签证服务的速度啊！

了解楼主心情

T4是有priority和super priority这2类。我不知道priority是否要到centre录指纹的。

对于super priority的来说，是要到centre报道并录指纹的，但也收到类似的提醒，说明Home Office里面的remainder没有做好，您不用担心。

到了centre之后，您可以在feedback form里面反馈情况，以后的人就不用再担心了。

Hi，谢谢回复，我在我的visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/nextSteps上面查，交完钱之后的Mandatory actions只有一个，那就是Attend an appointment to provide your documents and biometrics by 2X March 2019。所以感觉home office的邮件很奇怪，但是又不知作如何反应，是否要求学校的international office问问等…

可以去international office问一下，他们经验更充足，不出意外就是我说的那种情况。

我昨天去录入了信息，今天早上收到邮件说成功，7个工作日内会收到BRP卡~

是去visa centre录指纹的吧。那封信就是垃圾，还让不明真相的人担心。

有没有去过International Office问呢，他们的人懂吗？

收到home office信的第二天就去学校international office问了，小姐姐直接说这个是home office推卸责任的做法–因为我花的高价要办priority service，但是预约UKVCAS又不能那么快，不可能在10个工作日内（从申请签证之日算起）帮我办好，所以就先发这个信给我。学校的小姐姐说她估计的时效是从我提交生物信息那天开始算10个工作日能收到决定–没想到提交信息后第二天就收到决定了。
现在就等BRP卡了，不知道多久才能到…
