现在的自住房准备出租，而且房屋保险快要到期。我应该接下来买什么保险？只买 building insurance 可以将来用于出租房屋么?

我有同样的问题。我想楼主的意思是房子现在不会马上出租，但是房屋保险马上要过期，所以要续保，但是不知道选择是什么因为房子可能会在续保后出租。如果续保是选择landlord insurance，那么楼主还可以继续自住吗？如果不能的话，是不是只有先续building insurance 然后再出租的时候转成landlord insurance呢？
