每次等公交车， 看见别人边等车边抽烟。 这犯法吗？ 我们有权利让他们停止抽烟， 或者离开车站吗？
有时候看到年纪大的家长在婴儿前面抽， 或者巴士司机休息的时候在我们前面抽， 我就火大了。
对了， e-cigarette 和抽烟一样吗？

From 1 July 2007, smoking will no longer be permitted while waiting at bus shelters or while travelling in any taxi or private hire vehicle, in line with new legislation being introduced across England.

讲真，这点儿烟算什么啊，走大街吸两口尾气都…
个人戒烟好多年了，但一直到现在，宁可闻二手烟味，也受不了大街上一转街角铺面而来的weed 味道，大麻的味道怎么包装都难闻。。。
不是吧。。。。万一我得了肺癌 （敲敲敲!!）谁可怜可怜我？

既然有法律了，就要遵守嘛。没人投诉还好，既然让你觉得不舒服了，下次司机再不听，就写邮件去公交公司投诉。
确实不舒服。 可是还是要搞清楚情况， 免得被看笑话。 他抽的是电子烟， 这个好像不算非法把， 因为它是代替烟的。
电子烟和烟 据我了解是一样的吧。不能吸烟的地方都不能吸电子烟。
