我的lease上面注明annual rent at a peppercorn
没有注明特定的金额
已经买了大半年了都没收到freeholder要收ground rent的信
请问这种通常是不需要付
还是我该主动问问freeholder?
看到论坛另一篇说要付late payment的有点担心…
毕竟这里的人太不靠谱
当初service charge也是我主动写信问management company才知道他们根本没收到notice of transfer 
peppercorn 就是没有grand rent，或者说有名无实，不收钱。
