The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English. In addition, experience in strategic marketing planning in events and digital marketing campaigns will be required, as will website and project management. Familiarity working in the property industry will be desirable, however it is not essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan and execute relevant marketing campaigns modifying to the local market and industry.
Develop and executive tasks regarding clients, research reports, digital marketing and internal communication.
Participate in market, competitor and client research analysis across the different industries.
Create reports on the analysis and advice on the service and marketing effects.
Refer to previously completed research in order to create efficient marketing strategies.
Ensure data from research is appropriately considered in customer segmentation and targeting purposes.
Analyse ROI and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting as needed.
Liaise with team members and other departments to ensure effective planning and execution of marketing plans and strategies.
Manage and monitor current campaigns in regards to budgeting, data and opportunities.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
Educated to a degree standard or equivalent.
Ambitious and creative team worker.
Experience working within a B2B sector. Real estate/property would be advantageous.
Familiar with strategic marketing planning and website content management.
Experience planning/managing events and digital marketing campaigns.
High level of computer literacy and Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to prioritise and work with deadlines.
Proactive and multitasking individual.

Project management and budgeting skills/experience.
