好多人都有过这个疑问，多付的IHS SURCHARGE能不能退款
我是几个星期前续签T2 DEPENDENT（3年）, 网上填表。IHS 交了£1400, 当时没给别的选项，就直接交了
因为主申请人拿到了永居，她签证还有7年。。
今天收到签证通过信。同时银行也收到IHS 退的£800
没有填什么表格，也没打电话，钱是自动退的
