具体解决方法如下:
我之前一直给他们发邮件,一直到签证那天,这个问题都没有解决,所以checklist打印不出来,表格是网上下载填的,记的现在已经出2018/7月版的了!
完了签证前一天,他们给我建议,让我带着confirmation email,和证明自己已经交过钱的凭据去就行了,我就把confimation email和和他们交流的email一起打印出来,就行了,没有任何问题
他们最后回复如下:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email response.
Our technical team is still working to urgently resolve the technical issue you have been experiencing, we are unable to predict how much longer this will take.
However, we have been advised by the relevant team that if you have confirmation from your bank that the fees were deducted, you can still attend the appointment on the 19 July. You will need to ensure to take your booking reference number (BRN) and evidence of payment, along with your completed application form and the supporting documents to your appointment.
Your biometric enrolment will be done at your appointment. The team has also advised that customers should take a chip and pin debit or credit card along as a precaution.
