英文不是很好，请大家帮我看看HM Land Registry上这段话什么意思，觉得不是很理解。Restriction: NO disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this restriction, is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated 1 March 2018 in favour of National Westminster Bank PLC referred to in the charge Register.
然后在Charges Register continued下面写着：（6.3.2018）Proprietor: National Westminster Bank PLC (Co. REGN. NO.929027 ) OF Mortgage Centre, 如果有贷款的情况下这里写银行是常规的吗？
买完房后律师就给我寄了一份copy的 Land Registry，我问他没有deep吗？律师说现在都没有deep的了，资料都在HM注册了，如果需要可以网上打印一份，这边买房和国内很不一样啊
