Job descriptions:

Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value2) Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers & tenants3) Valuing properties4) IT literate able to use the usual Office IT packages

Highly analytical and able to make well-judged decisions based upon sound commercial considerations and common sense

Communicating among the landlords, tenants, contractors, utility companies, block management companies etc

Clear written and verbal skills

Previous professional experience in a similar role would be highly desirable
