辞职的notice是从递交辞呈那天算吗

假设11月27日递交辞呈，但是公司12月1日才批准。那么两周的notice是从11.27算，还是从12.1算呢？

notice 是你给的，当然是你给的日子开始算。 公司不同意不批，notice时间满了 也只能放你走啊。
