研究的主要结果：
非英国爱尔兰白人（“non-British, non-Irish white” (NBW)）在公立小学的比例4.9%，公立中学4.2%。从2011年以来NBW学生增加了1.2%。
SATs Key Stage 2的成绩，全英格兰的学生英语（阅读和写作）和数学达到国家要求的Level 4的比例是81.4%。有高比例NBW学生的学校成绩要比低比例NBW学生的学校成绩稍好一些（分别为82.4%和79.3%）。

前阵子不是说有100多所穆斯林搞得ofsted都没有注册的黑校！
从其它地方看到的统计资料。
如果从考试成绩和上大学的比例来看。最差的是working class white boys，最好的是Chinese girls。
从所有学生看，家庭经济状况好的孩子成绩明显好过家庭经济条件差的孩子，唯一的例外是Chinese，孩子的学习成绩和家庭经济状况没有关系。
嗯嗯，中国人无论贫富，在孩子上花的精力金钱都多，甚至穷人家的压力更大，因为指望鲤鱼跳龙门呐。。。不过幸亏英国没有像美国那样搞什么上大学的种族配额。。。不然华裔孩子就惨了。。。其实美国真的是种族歧视最严重的地区之一。
这个就看怎么看了，英国有很多中文学校，没有听说有多少是ofsted注册的，不能说没有注册的就是黑校吧？
一场民主事件，已经变成了，双方无理的谩骂和各方xxx学家不靠谱的猜测。现在的各种理由，都感觉不是柯旭统计了，都是在猜。

前段时间刚刚看到，
明洪武年间，
南方(江南为主)考试（好像是进士吧）特厉害，占了全国的90%多，
北方不服气。
后来明太祖也是按照人口比例，60%名额给南方，40%给北方。
太祖也不喜欢读死书的人，所以才有这样的分配。
天涯上有个帖子就是说这事的，基本都是江苏安徽浙江的学子成绩更好。。。其实有点不明白太祖为什么这么做，他自己也是安徽凤阳的呀。。。不过可能他自小就是要饭+小和尚出身，对读书人不感冒吧
我觉得大部分white working class的成绩都是比较低的

White British pupils are falling behind students from other ethnic backgrounds by the time they reach their GCSEs because of a lack of support from their parents, a report has revealed. The research, by the CentreForum thinktank, suggests white British children are among the top three highest achieving groups at the age of five. But by the age of 16, the group’s performance slips to 13th in a table behind children of Chinese, Indian, Asian and black African heritage.
“During the early years, white British pupils are among the highest achievers,” say the authors. “By the end of secondary school however, those white British pupils are overtaken by 10 other ethnic groups to just below average, when compared with other ethnicities.”

心里突然冒了个“racist”…
政府也是没办法了
知道White British不行了
特别关照他们的PP学生。。。
P个S，明太祖因为自己是要饭小和尚出身，最恨的就是贪官。
明史是就最逆天和先进的反贪史。
小气的皇帝，公务员工资太低，贪的更厉害。
