我有个朋友以前在英国呆过，他也有个孩子在英国出生，09年的时候他们举家回国了，现在就想让我问问他家的这个小孩子能不能来英国上初中？是不是还需要监护人什么的？另外我朋友能不能陪读过来？谢谢啦！
小孩什么护照？英国出生不等于英国国籍，拿什么护照才是重点。如果是中国护照，那就算是在英国出生也是按国际留学生步骤过来。我很多盆友香港出生拿英国护照，小孩都是来英国上的中学没问题。
有英国籍或者居英权的情况就不谈了，没啥好说的
