最近楼主有BTL的打算,网上看到一套新建的Flat (2 卧 2卫 开放式厨房加客厅)价格根据房型130,000 - 150,000. 出门过马路就是直达市中心的大巴(到市中心10-15分钟车程), Flat楼下还有个Co-Op的连锁小超市, 房子背后是个公园, 虽然区不是什么好区但是去市中心真心方便, 边上不远处还有两家别的连锁小超市。但是楼主Research后发现好多英国房东都不提倡在非伦敦的城市投资新建的Flat(据说一买马上贬值和新车一样的道理?还说以后如果要卖的话不好出手)。。。请问各位有什么建议不?是不是一般来说Flat比House难出租? 难道英国人就那么不喜欢New build flat吗? 是不是还是多出点钱投资House比较保险?谢谢各位了!
