早餐的做法大全【香葱千层饼】的做法:
1,面粉中加入少量盐拌均加入开水用绕圈方式倒入面粉中,以免开水集中,用筷子不停搅拌使面团呈松散状态;
2,接着再倒入冷水调成软硬适中的半烫面,盖上保鲜膜,放在室温下松弛约30分钟即可开始整形;
3,面团在松弛的同时,將葱洗干净切碎备用;
4、面团松弛后分割成3等份,取一面团压扁用擀面杖檊成薄面皮儿,再均匀地刷上油并依次散上适量盐、五香粉、
葱花,接着將其由上至下卷成长条状再慢慢拉长;
5,又从两边同时向中间卷起,將左边重叠到右边轻轻压扁,再用擀面杖轻轻稍微擀开即可;
6,锅内注适量油將饼坯置锅中开中小火煎至金黄,把煎好的饼放置一边,再打一个鸡蛋置锅内再將饼放置鸡蛋上煎
一会儿即可;
