二选一
1） Vacancies you may fill with sponsored migrants who are already in the UK and are eligible to change jobs

2） Vacancies where the migrant is already in the UK under another immigration category and is eligible to switch into Tier 2 (General) (with the exception of those who were last granted leave to be in the UK as the dependant of a Tier 4 migrant)

你原来是T2G然后换工作了的话就是第一个，如果是申请从T1/T4转入T2的就是第二个。
