曼城房子还是便宜的，OLDHAM 不是土豪区所以相对便宜，不过出租yield 相当可观。150千的房子可以租到 £750-£900 没有问题。最低6%。
曼城土豪区房价不输伦敦哦，在西南区。
顺便提提，Salford 区 在曼城是全英国增长速度最快的哦，超过伦敦好多哦，因为有media city at Salford Quay.
