The damp from second floor may cause by leaking pipes but the one which near to the ground floor foundation one may not easy to deal with

Normally it cost 600 pound for labour even a bit more ,but my case it was a bit special and i have send you the text to answer your questoon

挖的时候要沿着有damp的墙边走，深度50到60厘米，damp看得见的沿着墙的长度 乘以1米宽，50-60厘米深，有的时候不要挖50公分，看情况
