楼主给的工作范围和对应职位大概是她所在环境的平均标准吧,能上网来问别人工资的,估计都不知道怎么去GOOGLE

我国内法律,过来学的这个。
现在在干好不相关的职业,不过我觉得很有意思啊~

没有经验的刚毕业的,基本工资都只有15000-18000,提成不算。至少我知道的都这么点,干几年肯定会涨,。
我朋友,一个英国女生,在部队军工厂,第一年12000的样子,基本就是干复印啊,打印的工作,现在干了2年多,快3年,已经涨到25000+:loveliness:

28-35之间,但是工作和你后面写的没有关系,和IT粘一点点边

太厉害了。MM有几年的工作经验呢?
我也还有一门。但工资才是你的一半多点。

我觉得工资多少的话 跟城市也有些关系吧 伦敦这样的普遍工资水平都高一些的 因为生活成本的关系

伦敦 金融业 graduate 起薪都35k以上啦,个别银行还有40k了

新的MD的话最少200k 一年 (包括bonus) 做trading / ma 的拿到 half a million也不奇怪啊

我觉得我这个project management到时候毕业的应该在这里找不到工作的吧…

fully qualify 一般都有45k+ 不过看公司看地方 伦敦会高些

First-time buyers would have to save every penny they earn for the next three years to get on the housing ladder in the capital, shock new figures reveal today.

A report called Broken Ladder, compiled by the Home Builders’ Federation, details how rising property prices combined with a lack of affordable mortgages is blocking first-time buyers from entering the market.

The report calculates that on average first-time buyers in their twenties would have to save 60 per cent of their take-home salary for five years - the equivalent of all their net income for three years - to afford a deposit for the average starter home.

It reveals that most young Londoners will be unable to leave home until they are well into their thirties.

Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the Home Builders’ Federation, said: "These figures reveal the extent of our housing crisis. We desperately need an increase in lending and a properly functioning and sustainable mortgage market.

“At the same time, the Government must ensure that the new planning policy and incentives they are basing the success of their housing plans on are put in place immediately. We are quickly reaching the point of no return.”

Today’s report comes just days after figures released by the British Bankers’ Association showed that mortgage lending had plummeted to its lowest level for a decade and mortgage approvals for house purchases sank to an 18-month low.

The average first-time home in London costs about £260,000, requiring a deposit of £65,000 as most mortgage lenders now demand first-time buyers put up a 25 per cent deposit.

Londoners in their twenties can expect to earn £21,000 a year after tax, the equivalent of a £28,000 wage, according to government figures. They would have to save a least £12,500 for five years to meet the deposit.

According to the report those aged between 22 and 29 who are renting privately while saving for a deposit, will be left with just 13 per cent of their monthly net income for council tax, bills and living expenses.

People in their thirties whose net pay will average about £27,000 a year - the equivalent of a £37,000 wage -may be able to shorten the saving period if they tighten their belts.

The average age of the unassisted first-time buyer has risen to 37, with even those on higher wages in their thirties struggling to buy. As a result nearly a third of men and a fifth of Londoners aged 20-34 are still living at home with their parents.

HBF spokesman Steve Turner said: "Because house prices are much higher here, Londoners are being hardest hit by the huge deposits being required by lenders.

"It is forcing young Londoners to stay with their parents longer, or move away from their families to where homes are cheaper. Young people moving into London for work are having to share rented flats for longer while they try to save for a deposit.

“A young person in London would have to not eat, pay rent or go out and save every penny of their wages for three years to get the deposit required for a starter home.”
