In the case you have a ticket from European airlines, if you bought the ticket routed directly from China, with transits, to a European city, any of delay should count. After all, the airline signed the contract to get you from A to B, and the end result is that you arrived more than 3 hours later than the ticket states.

delay大多数都不是航空公司的责任吧？国内的机场调配存在很大的问题所以才会很多航班延误。北京确实最近是在修跑道，几乎航班都会延误，这个是机场的问题。
出行切记买保险。去年一年因为每次都买保险，大大小小一共赔了有几千块，光看赔偿额就知道坐飞机多不靠谱了+_+
