看具体语境才能看得出来是正面评价还是负面评价，如果前盘菜做的好看好吃，那么后面就是期待，相反的话，后面就是担忧 
这是开始阶段的尾声。比如说退EU这个需要时间很长的项目，这个星期提交了article 50正式开始退EU进程，这就可以叫作it is just the end of beginning.

the end of the beginning，开始阶段的尾声。吃饭的话，就是头盆吃到最后了，大餐马上开始。
the beginning of the end，结束阶段的开始。吃饭的话，刚刚开始吃甜点，一切都要结束了。
