请教大家，我在看我要买的flat的restriction: 1. not to use the premises nor permit the same to be used for any trade business or profession nor shall any boarders or lodger be taken in the premises but the lessee shall use the same for the purpose of a single self-contained private residential dwelling in the occupation of one family or household only.
这是不是说我不能把房间分开租出去？还有，这种情况我能把房子整个出租出去吗？还是说这个flat只能自己入住？谢谢！
