【急问】人在中国,房子委托给了中介,交税的问题,中介提前把税扣下了,合理吗?

刚刚回国,房子留给中介帮我租出去了,但是中介扣下了20%的钱,说是如果我离境6个月以上,让我像HMRC申请一下。他们接到HMRC的回复才会把税返还给我。

我本来要去按照他说的做,但是后来一看,才发现他们扣除了整体的20%的钱,没有刨除mortgage,管理费等,这笔钱远远超出应交的税。

我想问一下:

1》中介这么做正常吗?
2》可以让中介把钱退给我,然后我自己报税吗?

1.正常。
2 找个会计,给他们发信,他们就会全退给你了。

现在政策改了。租金全部按收入交税,不再是扣除贷款各种费用后计算了。
