IRL set(o) spouse cohabitation的证据

我是Tier 2，老婆dependent，马上就满5年，set(o)里75页要求提供“documentary evidence of cohabitation since you
were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the
whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and
your spouse.”

我有两个问题：

1）我的Tire 2最后一次续是一年多前，那我需要提供两年还是只从最后一次续签开始？
2）到底什么算documentary evidence of cohabitation？
