没有合同，没有收据，现金存入银行可以吗？

If the rent goes to bank directly, the bank statement should be kept. It would be a good idea to set up a separate bank account.

以前没有任何记录咋办？房客缴纳的现金，需要房客签字么？
如果什么都没有，自己记一个帐吧，什么时候交了多少，把这个和bank statement对应起来，另外把目前网上租房广告打印几个留下来，这样如果HMRC要查，你至少可以说明你是按照市场价租的房子，所有都是真实的只是租房广告是口头合同。
