请教大家,出租房屋,怎么保留记录,self assessment

没有合同,没有收据,现金存入银行可以吗?

政府要求:

all rent you get

any income from services you give to tenants (eg if you charge for maintenance or repairs)

rent books(什么是rent books?) , receipts, invoices and bank statements

If the rent goes to bank directly, the bank statement should be kept. It would be a good idea to set up a separate bank account.

以前没有任何记录咋办?房客缴纳的现金,需要房客签字么?

如果什么都没有,自己记一个帐吧,什么时候交了多少,把这个和bank statement对应起来,另外把目前网上租房广告打印几个留下来,这样如果HMRC要查,你至少可以说明你是按照市场价租的房子,所有都是真实的只是租房广告是口头合同。
