Statutory notice 针对在该公司工作一个月以上, 两个月一下的 要求至少有一个星期的notice。当然, 还要看你的合同上的notice period。 楼主研究下employment law:

Notice by Employer

During the first 4 weeks of employment there is no minimum period of notice required.

After 4 weeks but before 2 years employment an employee is entitled to 1 week’s notice.

From 2 years to 12 years the employee is entitled to 1 week for every complete year of continuous employment.

After 12 years employment the employee is entitled to 12 weeks notice.

Exceptions

There are no minimum notice period for a worker or self employed contractor who is not an employee.

If an employee has committed an act of “gross misconduct” their employment can be terminated without notice.

An employee whose written contract states the employer may terminate their employment and pay them in lieu of notice, can be dismissed immediately as long as they are paid what they would have earned if they worked their notice period.

我在英国工作过多年。给楼主一些建议。

Bonus一般来讲,不是公司必须给的。不给员工,是很正常的事情。给了,那是一个比较大的恩赐。法律上有比较明确的规定。你应该可以很容易查得到。

第二,你如果对于合同的终结不同意,你应该找的机构应该是employment tribunal。有很多类似的机构。但是要找强有力的机构或者律师,则不是一个容易的事情。

第三,你目前的状况,公司已经铁定要终止合同了。没有必要与之蛮缠。要么找下一家,要么找其它的出路。人没有必要在一棵树上吊死。

这边的律师收费比较高,而且本人英文一般,如果有华人律师或者相关机构推荐,谢谢

Basic annual gross salary of GBP26000 payable in 12 monthly instalments of GBP 2,166.66 gross per month.
The remaing GBP 15,000 will be paid in the form of conmmisssion, bonuses, performance related payments and other types. this is the minium amount per canlendar year that can be gained through the fore mentioned types of remuneration.

伦敦很多no win no fee 的lawyer. 你Google 一下。一般你给lawyer打一个电话或面谈,他们会告诉你胜算有多少,如果他们认为赢不了,就不会接你的案子。英文不好就带个英文好的朋友帮忙吧。

Employees have the right not to be unfairly dismissed. In most circumstances employees will need to qualify before they can make a complaint to an employment tribunal:

at least one year’s continuous service for employees in employment before 6th April 2012
two years for employees starting employment on or after 6th April 2012.
However, there is no length of service requirement in relation to ‘automatically unfair grounds’.
